Who can use JokeDADAbase.ai
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you upload video of a child, you must be that child's parent or legal guardian.
Your content
You own your clips. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process them solely to provide the service (playback, sharing, backup). We do not use your clips to train AI or share them with other users unless you explicitly create a share link.
Do not upload anything unlawful, sexual, violent, or that involves a child who is not your own. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions
Pro plans renew automatically until cancelled from Your account. If your subscription lapses, cloud clips remain viewable for 30 days and are then permanently deleted. "Founding Member — Lifetime" means for as long as JokeDADAbase.ai is operating.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running and your clips safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that clips will always be recoverable. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.
